Defining the boundaries of the future global reserve system
In recent months, I have been studying the existing reserve systems in distant corners of the Earth across various countries. I remind you that I am conducting expeditionary research independently. We are assessing whether we can independently determine the boundaries of future Territories of Full Ecological Tranquility (TFET) to later prepare specific proposals for states regarding the need to change the reserve system. We have already established an independent infrastructure and developed an interactive map where TFET will be marked, allowing everyone to visually see what is being proposed, assess the scale of necessary changes, and understand how the reserve system of the future should look.
There are challenges in accessing the necessary regions. There is a lack of personal knowledge and experience. The world faces enormous difficulties due to political strife and the race among states to exploit the last reserves for rare earth elements: no one wants to lag behind in the fourth technological revolution, and they are willing to sacrifice the most valuable on Earth — Life itself, the points of self-restoration of biological systems, the sacred refuges of wildlife.
However, I see that changes in the world are inevitable — at some point, the entire world will rush to find a way out of the planetary crisis. This is an unavoidable process.
I recently wrote a comprehensive piece about China, which, while the rest of the world plays with "rare earth toys," is methodically conducting extensive scientific exploration in the most valuable natural ecosystems of neighboring countries and systematically establishing "red ecological lines" around its nature. China has gone through a stage of ecological collapse in its own country, drawn conclusions, and is already looking at what will become the object of future conflicts in the world when everyone realizes the scale of destruction and the value of biological refuges. It is unclear to me why other states fail to see this, just as they once overlooked the importance of monopolizing rare earth elements.
While the world was embroiled in conflicts over oil control, China methodically built a monopoly on rare earth elements. As early as 1992, Deng Xiaoping, known as the "architect of China's economic reforms," said: "中东有石油,中国有稀土," which translates to "The Middle East has oil, China has rare earth elements."
But no one paid attention to these words or to China's economic policy at the time. Now the entire world depends on China: it still controls 60% of global rare earth element extraction, 91% of processing, and, most critically, up to 94% of magnet production. When the world realized this dependency on China, it rushed into fierce conflicts, began to weaken the protective status of reserve territories (precisely the legislative changes we are witnessing now). They are repeating the tragic scenario of what China once did, destroying its ecosystems at the cost of economic leadership and becoming a superpower.
So, what I am saying is that if I were in the position of other states, I would pay attention to what China is doing now. China is systematically exploring the most valuable natural territories and has already announced a course for further development — transitioning to an "ecological civilization." This is the very valuable resource over which the entire world will later fight, reaping the consequences of the destruction it is currently provoking.
In this context, our Concept of Territories of Full Ecological Tranquility, especially if we can independently determine the boundaries of future TFET, prepare projects and proposals for states, will become one of the most fundamental works. It is a real opportunity to achieve global changes.
We are succeeding. For now, in a test format. I plan to take a break for two to three months starting in November to study the material already collected. The methodology for forming TFET will also be updated. After this, we will proceed to full-scale and very long-term work on defining the boundaries of the future reserve system!

We have no idea if we will succeed! Whether we can realize everything we have planned. But we will try — at least we are dedicating our lives to a truly important Mission. Our fight for Life!
