Mental disorders around the world have become an epidemic.
I am finishing work on my book “Bio-Object: Digital Totalitarianism of the 21st Century.” I will not be able to publish it through traditional publishing houses — they simply would not approve it, especially under the current circumstances. That is why we have developed an environment for working on books directly on my official website — a dedicated space for writing books, conducting research and analysis, collecting data, and preparing books for independent publication. I like this format: we are gradually moving toward complete independence in our struggle.
One of the chapters of the book will focus on the growing problem of mental health disorders in modern society. I am studying global scientific reviews on this subject, and I have also conducted a small study of my own — a survey among my audience. I asked people to assess their condition and whether they feel psychologically overwhelmed by all this chaos. They were asked to rate their condition on a scale from 1 to 10, where the highest score represented an extremely severe state. The midpoint (5 points) represented balancing on the edge — when everything around you seems unreal, as if it were one long dream, accompanied by the feeling that you are about to fall into depression.
More than 700 people took part, and 88% selected scores from 5 to 10. That is a frightening statistic. I then compared these data with international scientific research and with what scientists around the world are reporting — there is a strong correlation. A separate chapter of the book will be devoted to this problem, because not only is chaos continuing to grow, but the scale of psychological pressure on society from governments and transnational corporations is also increasing.
For our team, my friends and allies, I want to publish some of the scientific papers that I have studied, including the original documents (links), in case you want to examine the evidence in greater depth.
I am not publishing the largest study separately because information about it is already widely available: it reports that more than 1 billion people worldwide are now living with mental health disorders.
Instead, I will show you several more focused scientific studies.
First study.
The situation involving mental health disorders and depression worldwide began to worsen particularly during the pandemic. Researchers took 107 scientific studies and combined them into a large meta-analysis involving nearly 400,000 people from 32 countries. The findings were as follows: psychological distress — 50.0%, stress — 36.5%, depressive symptoms — 28.0%, anxiety symptoms — 26.9%, and post-traumatic stress symptoms — 24.1%.
After studying this issue, I also noted that the major wave of depressive disorders appears to have begun with COVID-19 and continues in successive waves to this day.

Second study.
This one concerns the climate crisis and environmental problems. Researchers surveyed 10,000 people aged 16–25 across 10 countries. Among young people — the generation of the future, who will have to deal with the consequences of the problems left on the planet by older generations — an extremely bleak outlook on the future was recorded. In the context of environmental problems, the results were as follows: 75.5% said that the future frightens them; 55.7
